Who is covered:
This warranty is given only to the purchaser of this product.
What is covered:
Sewing machine head, motor and foot control.
What is the length of the warranty period:
The warranty period is 1 year from the original purchase date for Parts and Labour. Please keep all of the original packaging.
What to do if you think your product is eligible for warranty service:
Please report the issue to us so we can assist. We may arrange collection of the sewing machine using our courier service.
If a fault covered under warranty is confirmed on inspection, reasonable return postage or collection costs will be covered by us.
Confirmation of fault
All warranty claims are subject to inspection of the returned item. A repair, replacement, or refund will be provided where a covered fault is confirmed.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by incorrect threading, tension settings, needle choice, lack of routine maintenance, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
