Who is covered:

This warranty is given only to the purchaser of this product.

What is covered:

Sewing machine head, motor and foot control.

What is the length of the warranty period:

The warranty period is 1 year from the original purchase date for Parts and Labour. Please keep all of the original packaging.

What to do if you think your product is eligible for warranty service:

Report your issue to us. We can have the sewing machine collected using our courier service. You will be required to cover the costs of postage.
