Sewing Machine Returns:
If you’re not entirely satisfied with the product you’ve purchased, it can be returned for an exchange or a full refund for up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

We can exchange your purchase for a similar product within the same price range. Any returned products must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

Inspection of faults
All reported faults must be confirmed by inspection once the item has been returned to us before a repair, replacement, or refund can be issued.

Return postage
Where a return is due to a change of mind, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Where a verified fault is confirmed, we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return costs.

Packaging for return
Items must be securely packaged for return transit. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by inadequate packaging during return shipping.

Proof of issue before collection
To help resolve matters as quickly as possible, we may request photos or video of the reported issue before arranging collection.
